Original language: ItalianLa domanda potrà essere presentata da persone over 65, residenti in Liguria, in temporanea non autosufficienza o in condizione di fragilità che lasciano le strutture ospedaliere o le Rsa post acuti a seguito di dimissione protetta.
Le domande potranno essere presentate a partire dalle 8.30 del 3 agosto 2026 fino alle 17.30 del 30 dicembre 2026 e comunque sino a esaurimento dei fondi.
Ciascun beneficiario dovrà presentare domanda entro 10 giorni dalla data effettiva della
dimissione, pena l'inammissibilità della domanda stessa.
La domanda deve essere inviata esclusivamente online, accedendo mediante spid o carta d'identità elettronica al sito bandifilse.regione.liguria.it
