Original language: ItalianRegione Liguria si impegna anche per il 2026 per sostenere i Comuni che intendono recuperare a fini sociali o istituzionali gli immobili confiscati alla criminalità organizzata presenti sul loro territorio. Dopo le misure di sostegno attivate nel 2020, 2022 e 2024, l'edizione 2026 del bando prevede lo stanziamento di 700.000 euro.
Il contributo concedibile è commisurato come segue:
- 95% delle spese ammissibili, per i Comuni con popolazione residente fino a 5.000 abitanti
- 90% delle spese ammissibili, per i Comuni con popolazione residente da 5.001 a 10.000 abitanti
- 80% delle spese ammissibili, per i Comuni con popolazione residente superiore a 10.000 abitanti.
Il tetto massimo di contributo per ciascun Comune è 100.000 euro. Tuttavia, i Comuni che decidano di recuperare più di un bene confiscato potranno avere un contributo complessivo fino ad un tetto massimo di 150.000 euro.

Le domande potranno essere presentate a partire dall'11 settembre fino a tutto il 12 ottobre 2026 all'indirizzo pec protocollo@pec.regione.liguria.it
L'oggetto della pec deve riportare la seguente dicitura: Domanda di contributo per la valorizzazione di beni immobili confiscati - anno 2026 - USS Promozione delle politiche per la sicurezza e la polizia locale.
