Si en la evaluación de las ofertas se produjese un empate entre 2 o más oferentes, respecto de su evaluación final, se adjudicará al oferente que haya obtenido el mejor puntaje en el criterio“Precio”.
En caso que se mantenga la situación de empate, se establece como segundo mecanismo de desempate de la adjudicación, el oferente que haya obtenido mayor puntaje en el criterio de evaluación “Experiencia del oferente”
Si se mantiene la situación de empate, se establece como tercer mecanismo de desempate de la adjudicación, el oferente que haya obtenido mayor puntaje en el criterio de evaluación “Experiencia del equipo ejecutor”
