En caso de producirse igualdad en el puntaje final prevalecerá el mayor puntaje obtenido. en el siguiente orden:1. Calidad técnica.2. Experiencia del oferente3. Oferta económica4. Menor plazo de ejecución.
De mantenerse la igualdad se adjudicará aquel oferente que haya ingresado primero su oferta en el portal Mercado Público, considerándose para ello la hora en que se efectué.
Posterior a la publicación del Decreto Municipalen el sistema electrónico de Mercado Público que adjudica la propuesta a alguno de los oferentes, se dispondrá de 1 día hábil (día hábil siguiente) para realizar consultas acerca de algún documento o procedimiento con el cual se sancionó dicha adjudicación, las cuales se responderán a más tardar hasta el quinto día hábil siguiente. Para lo anterior, el oferente deberá enviar su requerimiento vía correo electrónico a la siguiente casilla:nadiaoyarzo@munipuqueldon.cl,mariagonzalez@munipuqueldon.cl
El oferente declara que, sólo por el hecho de participar en la presente licitación pública, así como en la posterior ejecución del contrato de ser adjudicado, acepta expresamente el presente pacto de integridad, obligándose a cumplir con todas y cada una de las estipulaciones contenidas, sin perjuicio de las que se señalen en las presentes Bases de licitación y demás documentos integrantes. Especialmente, el oferente acepta el suministrar toda la información y documentación que sea considerada necesaria y exigida de acuerdo con las Bases de Licitación, asumiendo expresamente los siguientes compromisos, los cuales se extenderán a la ejecución contractual de ser el oferente adjudicado:
