09-Sep-2026 The objective is to design and deliver a programme that equips staff with the skills and mindset for the transition to the ERA, Construction Enterprises (CEs), and the Policy Unit. The services include: Change Management and Organizational Transition: Navigating the "human side" of the transition for 600 personnel. Public-to-Commercial Mindset Shift: Instilling a commercial service delivery ethos and customer-centric approach. Technical Entrepreneurship: Capacitating staff transitioning into CEs with business models and FIDIC contract management. Implementing a Training of Trainers (ToT) model through "Change Champions".
