Acord cadru minim 20 kg, maxim 1.850 kg; contracte subsecvente minim 20 kg, maxim 925 kg - fabricat din carne porc/vită minim 50%, - formă cilindrică, se prezintă sub formă de şirag, - membrană cu suprafată netedă, uscată, înveliş continuu nedeteriorat, aderent la compoziţie, - pe suprafata exterioară nu se admit pete de mucegai sau drojdii, - masa compoziţiei compactă, bine legată, fără goluri sau fisuri, fără aglomerări de grăsime, cu aspect de mozaic uniform, - consistenţă: semitare - culoare: la exterior de la roșu la roșu brun, - gust şi miros plăcut, caracteristic produselor crude uscate, fără gust și miros străin.
