Aanleiding en context De Metropoolregio Eindhoven (MRE) staat voor een forse woningbouwopgave. Om de opschaling van de woningbouwproductie te bevorderen wordt een Casemanager Woningbouwprojecten gezocht. Een vastgoedprofessional die met overzicht en ervaring opereert op het snijvlak van inhoud, proces, samenwerking en uitvoering. Het Realisatiebedrijf MRE ondersteunt gemeenten en samenwerkingspartners bij woningbouwprojecten, van initiatief tot en met daadwerkelijke oplevering. Het Realisatiebedrijf MRE bestaat uit de realisatieteams wonen, mobiliteit, energie-infrastructuur en werklocaties. Doel van de opdracht Het doel van de opdracht is de opschaling, het optimaliseren en realiseren van woningbouwprojecten in de regio MRE mogelijk te maken. Bijzondere aandacht gaat daarbij uit naar de projecten waar subsidies zijn toegekend in het kader van het project Beethoven. De Casemanager draagt aantoonbaar bij aan: Kortere doorlooptijden van (gesubsidieerde) woningbouwprojecten Goede samenwerking tussen gemeenten, marktpartijen en andere stakeholders Het wegnemen van knelpunten in plan- en realisatiefases Een effici?nte en schaalbare werkwijze binnen de metropool regio Eindhoven Positionering De Casemanager Woningbouwprojecten werkt in opdracht van het Realisatiebedrijf MRE en maakt onderdeel uit van het realisatieteam Wonen. De realisatiemanager Wonen wijst de casussen toe en is eerste aanspreekpunt. In het kader van de toegewezen casussen is nauwe afstemming met programma- en subsidiemanagement MRE, met betrokken gemeenten, met regionale partners en waar nodig met de andere realisatieteams. De opdrachtnemer opereert in een hoge mate van zelfsturing, met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor zowel inhoudelijke resultaten als het functioneren van het Realisatiebedrijf als geheel.
