Predmetom zákazky je preventívna rehabilitácia formou liečebno - preventívnej starostlivosti podľa § 220 ods. 1 písm. a) zákona č. 35/2019 Z. z. o finančnej správe a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov sa poskytuje príslušníkom finančnej správy v kúpeľno - rehabilitačnom zariadení určených podľa § 220 ods. 10 zákona č. 35/2019 Z. z. o finančnej správe. Poskytuje sa príslušníkovi finančnej správy so zhoršeným zdravotným stavom v trvaní 7 po sebe nasledujúcich kalendárnych dní a odporúčania služobného posudkového lekára. Časť č. 1 indikácia chorôb II., choroby obehového ústrojenstva: predpokladaný maximálny celkový počet účastníkov preventívnej rehabilitácie počas doby trvania Rámcovej dohody je spolu 92, z toho v roku 2026 - 41 a v roku 2027 - 51 účastníkov preventívnej rehabilitácie.
