Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění poskytování komplexních služeb pravidelného úklidu, mimořádného úklidu a dalších služeb v konferenčních a ubytovacích hotelových zařízení ve vlastnictví zadavatele na adrese: Vila Lanna, V Sadech 1, 160 00 Praha 6 – Bubeneč a Hotelu Mazanka, Za Vodárnou 1/1013, 182 00 Praha 8. Služby budou provozovány celoročně, v režimu 24/7, plán požadovaných prací a požadovaných časů bude dodán (ve spolupráci s dodavatelem) vždy na týdenní bázi dle obsazenosti hotelu a počtu plánovaných konferenčních akcí. Úklidové, mycí a desinfekční prostředky, náplně do hygienických systémů / zásobníků / stojanů (toaletní papír, papírové nebo látkové ručníky, mýdlo, desinfekční prostředky na ruce apod.), odběr elektrické energie a vody, v rozsahu nezbytném pro plnění závazků a nutné ke kvalitnímu provádění úklidových služeb dodá poskytovateli zadavatel, tj. jejich pořízení není součástí předmětu plnění této veřejné zakázky.
