Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) will be undertaking a framework contract to appoint building construction partners to carry out construction, building and related works on behalf of CBC and/or other public contracting authorities and bodies governed by public law within East Anglia (UKH), Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire (UKF2) and Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire (UKJ1).The Framework comprises of six LOTS, to deliver construction projects of differing values and needs comprising of new build projects and large scale refurbishment:LOT 1 - covers the construction value range of projects between ยฃ0k to ยฃ750kLOT 2 - covers the construction value range of projects from ยฃ750k to ยฃ2.0mLOT 3 - covers the construction value range of projects from ยฃ2.0m to ยฃ8.0mLOT 4 - covers the construction value range of projects in excess of ยฃ8.0m - ยฃ15.0mLOT 5 - covers the construction value range of projects in excess of ยฃ15m +LOT 6 - Modular and temp classroom buildings
