Manage the transfer of management information and mobilisation of the property
management and letting agents.
- Manage leasing process and complete lettings on vacant accommodation.
- Create stronger links with existing operators
- Establish opportunities to reconfigure/ redevelop units to diversify income
from retail and introduce new uses
- Activate public realm
- Create additional benefits with wider council operations and create wider
