O preço ofertado deverá ser de acordo com o estabelecido pelo Comunicado nº 15 de 28 de dezembro de 2007 expedido pela Câmara de Regulação do Mercado de Medicamentos - CMED "PMVG". Deverá ser informado no orçamento se o medicamento está contemplado por algum convênio de isenção de ICMS pelo Conselho Nacional de Política Fazendária - CONFAZ, caso esteja, o CAP - Coeficiente de Adequação de Preço (21,53%), deverá ser aplicado sobre o preço fábrica do medicamento retirando-se antes o respectivo tributo. Validade dos medicamentos de no mínimo 50%. Este medicamento não deverá ser adquirido na fórmula manipulada.
