Předmětem plnění je dodávka včetně instalace veřejného osvětlení a činnosti s tím související a současně také výstavba nových stožárů vč. osazení svítidly. Dále je předmětem veřejné zakázky také diagnostika za účelem ověření provozní bezpečnosti stožárů osvětlovací soustavy, které nesou svítidla veřejného osvětlení a případná přidružená zařízení. Dále pasportizace a dodávky QR štítků za účelem aktualizace a digitalizace informací o inventáři města v oblasti veřejného osvětlení a zjednodušení orientace a údržby pomocí označení jednotlivých světelných míst jednotným systémem štítků. Zadavatel požaduje provedení diagnostiky osvětlovacích stožárů nedestruktivní metodou. Diagnostika bude prvně provedena pouze na jednom vzorovém úseku. Dodávka a instalace QR štítků, včetně zanesení údajů do aplikace (pasportizace), se bude týkat všech stožárů v celém rozsahu bez výjimky.
