Central purchase of passenger vehicles – category 4B diesel automatic

Delivery of passenger motor vehicles category 4B diesel automatic, always including: • 2 keys or remote controls for the respective passenger car; • a second set of tires including wheels (summer or winter depending on the delivery date of the passenger car), or one or two sets of all-season tires including wheels. The number of sets will always be subject to determination in the partial purchase contract in the case of all-season tires. and if relevant based on valid and effective legal regulations, always including: • paper and/or electronic version of the manual, i.e. the operating and maintenance instructions for the respective passenger car in Czech; • paper and/or electronic version of the service book (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Book") for the respective passenger car; • original vehicle registration certificate for the passenger car in paper or electronic form (if the procedure according to Art. I para. 8 sentence three and sentence four of the Framework Agreement is not applied); • CoC sheet (if the procedure according to Art. I para. 8 sentence three and sentence four of the Framework Agreement is applied); • original technical inspection certificate of the passenger car, or certificate of technical suitability of the passenger car; • a detailed breakdown of the operating and maintenance requirements for the passenger car (only if not stated in the Service Book); • other possible accompanying documents for the passenger car in Czech. Provision of maintenance services for the delivered passenger cars, if requested by the Buyer within the scope of the respective partial purchase contract. The estimated number of vehicles to be purchased during the term of the framework agreement is 171. Authorizing contracting authorities are, within the meaning of § 100 para. 1 ZZVZ, entitled to purchase passenger vehicles up to a maximum of the limit of the required number of passenger vehicles specified in Annex No. 1 to the Framework Agreement increased by 20%. The total maximum number of vehicles to be purchased under the public contract is therefore 205. The performance of the Subject of Performance defined in Art. I of the Framework Agreement will take place throughout the entire duration of the Framework Agreement, based on individual Purchase Contracts concluded in accordance with the provisions of § 134 of the Public Procurement Act. Entities for which the public contract is awarded are also contracting authorities for whom the number of required vehicles is not specified in Annex No. 1 to the Framework Agreement and who are identified in Annex No. 6 of the tender documentation, i.e. contracting authorities who define the potential requirement based on the conclusion of a purchase contract for the subject of the Public Contract in accordance with Art. III para. 5 to 10 of the concluded Framework Agreement.
