- Apresentação de amostras/catálogos/laudos
- O Órgão Fiscalizador poderá, discricionariamente, solicitar a apresentação de amostras, fichas técnicas e/ou laudos laboratoriais, para fins de avaliação do cumprimento das especificações do Anexo I.
- As amostras ou catálogos/fichas técnicas deverão ser apresentados no prazo de 05 (cinco) dias úteis, contados a partir do 1º dia útil após o envio da notificação pelo Órgão Fiscalizador.
- Caso o órgão fiscalizador opte por solicitar ao fornecedor selecionado detentor da melhor proposta que apresente laudo laboratorial, o mesmo deverá ser entregue em até 15 (quinze) dias úteis, a contar do 1º dia útil após o recebimento da notificação enviada pelo Órgão Fiscal, garantindo a compatibilidade dos itens ofertados com as especificações presentes no Anexo I do Termo de Referência.
- Garantia do Produto:
- A contratada ficará obrigada, a partir da data da respectiva efetivação do recebimento definitivo a prestar garantia de 12 (doze) meses aos produtos entregues, devendo substituir, no todo ou em parte, as suas expensas, no prazo de 10 (dez) dias úteis contados do primeiro dia útil subsequente ao do envio da respectiva notificação, quaisquer materiais que apresentem defeitos, vícios ou que tenham sofrido danos ou avarias, de qualquer espécie, no transporte ou descarga, de forma que comprometam seu uso regular e adequado.
- No caso de substituição dos produtos, as novas unidades terão os mesmos prazos de garantia originalmente concedidos aos substituídos, a contar da data em que ocorrer o recebimento definitivo.
