De producirse una igualdad en el resultado final de la evaluación, se privilegiará en primer término la oferta que haya obtenido el puntaje más alto en el criterio de evaluación“Precio”; de mantenerse dicha igualdad, se continuará comparando los puntajes de los restantes criterios de evaluación, según la importancia asignada en su ponderación. Si la igualdad continúa se privilegiará al proveedor que Gendarmería de Chile haya trabajado anteriormente y haya demostrado buen comportamiento en la ejecución del contrato u orden de compra.
Los proponentes tendrán la posibilidad de efectuar consultas o solicitar aclaraciones a las Bases Administrativas y Técnicas, y demás antecedentes de licitación,dentro del plazo indicado en el Cronograma de la Licitación, establecido en las presentes Bases; las respuestas a dichas consultas serán publicadas en el portalwww.mercadopublico.cl, en la fecha señalada en dicho cronograma.
Tanto las preguntas como las respuestas a las mismas se efectuarán a través del Sistema de Informaciónwww.mercadopublico.cl, poniéndose en conocimiento de todos los participantes, sin indicar el autor de la consulta.
