Description

The purpose of this Call for Quotation (CfQ) is the provision of conference facilities, audiovisual equipment, technical support, poster display facilities and catering services taking into consideration seasonality and minimising waste generation for a full-day national conference for up to two hundred (200) participants, to be held on 26th February 2027 as part of the “ESF+ 02.230 – Bridging the Gap: Capacity Building and Training for Enhanced Obesity Prevention and Management in Malta”. The date of the conference needs to be as requested. The dates should make the facility available between 08.00hrs – 15.00hrs.
