A ALIMENTAÇÃO ESCOLAR É UM DIREITO DE TODOS OS ALUNOS MATRICULADOS NA REDE MUNICIPAL DE ENSINO DE MONTE BELO/MG, NOS 200 DIAS LETIVOS, E DEVE ATENDER A TODAS AS LEGISLAÇÕES PERTINENTES AO PNAE, ASSIM, A PRESENTE AQUISIÇÃO SE FAZ NECESSÁRIA PARA ATENDER O PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE ALIMENTAÇÃO ESCOLAR, NO USO DE SUAS ATIVIDADES LEGAIS, E ATENDENDO CONFORME 51° DO ART.14 DA LEI N ° 11.947/2009, RESOLUÇÕES/CD/FNDE N° 06/2020, ALTERADA PELA RESOLUÇÃO CD/FNDE N° 04/2026 DO TOTAL DOS RECURSOS FINANCEIROS REPASSADOS PELO FNDE, NO ÂMBITO DO PNAE, NO MÍNIMO 45% (QUARENTA E CINCO POR CENTO) DEVERÃO SER UTILIZADOS PARA A AQUISIÇÃO DE GÊNEROS ALIMENTÍCIOS DIRETAMENTE DA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR E COOPERATIVAS OU DE SUAS ORGANIZAÇÕES.
