OBJETO: Selecionar organizações da Sociedade Civil - OSCS, sem fins lucrativos, para implantação do Núcleo Maré Inclusiva no município de Vila Velha/ES, para a execução de NÚCLEO DE SURF acessível e inclusivo para pessoas com deficiência, que atenderá regularmente até 40 crianças com deficiência em atividades semanais, contemplando indivíduos com deficiência física, sensorial, intelectual, múltipla ou com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA), a partir de 6 a 11 anos de idade, com prioridade para mulheres e pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade social, e ainda de acordo com os demais ditames deste Edital. Considerando a análise e avaliação da Comissão de Seleção e Julgamento designada pelo Decreto n°. 31/2021 publicado no Diário Oficial Municipal em 27/01/2021 e alterado pelos Decretos n°. 141/2021, 368/2021, 427/2021, 111/2022, 172/2022, 083/2024, 093/2025, 034/2026 com base nos critérios definidos em edital e pautando pela análise rigorosa.
