The lighting system at Charles Perkins House (CPH) is at end of life, unserviceable, and no longer compliant with current safety and performance standards.The existing lighting system is Clipsal Schneider DALI, as per the specifications in the Approach to Market document.The full LED upgrade must:• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and illumination standards.• Support the NIAA’s Net Zero targets through energy-efficient infrastructure.• Achieve recommended lux levels across all workstations.For further details, refer to the Approach to Market document.
Conditions for Participation:
The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with Australian Standards as detailed in A.A.2(b).
