Die gesetzliche Verjährungsfrist der Gewährleistungsansprüche beginnt mit der Abnahme der Leistung. Der Tag der Abnahme (komplette Montage inklusive Mängelbeseitigungen) ist der Gewährleistungsbeginn. Folgende Leistungen sind neben den gerätebezogenen Leistungen anzubieten und zu kalkulieren: - Bei der Kollisionsprüfung durch den koordinierenden Architekten (4Bund) ist durch den Auftragnehmer (AN) mitzuwirken. Die Montagepläne sind bei Erfordernis anzupassen. - Für Organisationsbesprechungen - auch teil- und abschnittsweise - hat der AN einen mit der Anlage in allen Teilen technisch und betrieblich vertrauten, sachkundigen Mitarbeiter beizustellen. - Weitere Leistungen gemäß den zusätzlichen technischen Vorbemerkungen der Medizintechnik.
