Construction supervision activity for the project: “Stakčín - water treatment plant intensification”

The successful bidder will ensure the supervision of the work performed on the construction site Stakčín - water treatment plant intensification according to the Contract for Work, concluded between the Contracting Authority (hereinafter also referred to as the "Client") and the Contractor, so that all work on the construction site is carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, STN and technical specifications, within the specified time and within the price agreed in the Contract for Work and in compliance with the conditions set by the Contract for the provision of construction supervision services (hereinafter referred to as the "contract"). The construction involves a major reconstruction and intensification of the water treatment plant with the aim of implementing radical changes to the technological equipment, which also require changes in the structural components during the full operation of the work. The services provided by the successful bidder include activities related to the control of the project and technical documentation of the construction, supervision of the construction work performed on the construction site, management of the Contract for Work concluded between the Client and the Contractor, and activities related to the fulfillment of the Client's requirements according to the Contract for Work. The successful bidder will perform the supervision of the work on the construction site in accordance with the requirements of the Slovak Republic's generally binding legal regulations, in particular, will ensure compliance with the procedures according to Act No. 25/2025 Coll. of Laws, the Building Act and on amendments and additions to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), Act No. 138/1992 Coll. on authorized architects and authorized civil engineers, and the obligations according to § 2 para. 3 and 4 of the Government Regulation of the Slovak Republic No. 396/2006 Coll. on minimum safety and health requirements for construction sites. The successful bidder will act/appear on behalf of the Client during the execution of the Contract for Work and will be responsible for overseeing the quality and quantity of the work performed in accordance with the Project Documentation, the work schedule, and the construction budget. The scope of services provided by the Contractor within the framework of performing Construction Supervision activities during the execution of construction works is specified in more detail in the tender documents. During the provision of services, the Contractor is obliged to cooperate closely with all interested parties.
