If the contracting authority refers to a product of a specific make, origin, or type defined in the invitation to tender or in the procurement documents, the contracting authority will accept an equivalent, as the designation is made solely to clearly define the nature of the item. Otherwise, the provisions of Section 46 (3) and (5) of Government Decree No. 321/2015 (X. 30.) shall apply in this regard.
