Predmet javnega naročila je opravljanje storitve čiščenja v dveh objektih (poslovnih prostorih) naročnika na območju letališča Jožeta Pučnika Ljubljana, in sicer: - Objekta ATCC, Zg. Brnik 130N, 4210 Brnik – aerodrom (v skupni izmeri 9.573,05 m2); - Objekta LKZP Ljubljana, Zg. Brnik 130, 4210 Brnik – aerodrom (v skupni izmeri 394,70 m2). Storitve se morajo izvajati z okoljsko manj obremenjujočimi čistili. Pri oddaji javnega naročila se upoštevajo temeljne okoljske zahteve iz Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21, 132/23 in 43/25), ki se upoštevajo v okviru Tehničnih specifikacij tega javnega naročila in posebnih določil pogodbe o izvedbi javnega naročila. Z izbranim izvajalcem bo sklenjena pogodba za obdobje 48 mesecev. Organizacija dnevnega, tedenskega, mesečnega in drugega čiščenja ter pogoji in zahteve izvajanja storitev, ki so predmet tega javnega naročila, je natančneje opisano v dokumentu Tehnične specifikacije in zahteve naročnika, št. 284-14/4-2026 z dne 11. 5. 2026, ki je sestavni del dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila oz. razpisne dokumentacije.
