Description

The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires a qualified vendor for the supply and delivery of automatic samplers, flow meters, sensors, related accessories, maintenance, and support for products. The City conducts a wide range of water quality monitoring programs using automatic samplers and flow meters. This equipment is deployed in challenging indoor and outdoor environments, including storm sewers, creeks and riverbanks, pump stations, and treatment plants. The City requires a qualified vendor that can provide reliable, durable, and innovative solutions to support its water monitoring objectives and improve the efficiency of current workflows. Accurate and dependable flow monitoring including the ability to trigger sampling programs based on water level or flow conditions is essential. In addition to automatic samplers and associated accessories, The City is additionally interested in solutions with enhanced cellular remote connectivity to communicate with the equipment to control the equipment or observe remotely, allowing The City to leverage modern technologies to improve site maintenance planning and data management workflows. Additional Requirements: Proposals Must be Submitted Electronically Proponents must be a registered supplier in the SAP ARIBA Business Network portal to submit a Proposal. To submit a Proposal, a Proponent must navigate to the Event Contents page and use the “Attach a File” link in the “RFX Information and Supplier Submission” section to include their submission response and then use the "Submit Entire Response" button to complete submission of the Proposal. Proposals must be submitted electronically on SAP ARIBA on or before the Submission Deadline. The submission receipt provided electronically by SAP ARIBA upon submission of a Proposal will be the date and time of submission for the purpose of determining whether a Proposal is submitted on or before the Submission Deadline. Proposals that do not comply with the above instructions will not be considered.
