Description

The purpose of this project is to bring communications related substation drawings up to date across Calgary Transit’s Traction Power Substations (TPSS). Existing drawing packages vary by site and vintage, and while paper copies at substations are generally considered authoritative for traction power systems, communications drawings may be incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent with installed conditions. The City also retains electronic drawing records in multiple formats, which may not align with current field conditions. This SOR focuses exclusively on communications systems as-built documentation within substations.
