Provide leadership learning and development consulting services aligned with the City’s Learning and Development Strategy (which supports corporate priorities and organizational culture) for the following Leadership Development Cohorts:
• Personal Leadership (People Capabilities).
• Emerging Leaders (People Capabilities).
• Foundational Leadership: Office - new leader/new to City 1–5 years’ experience.
• Front Line Leaders: Field - new leader/new to City 1–5 years’ experience.
• Mid to Senior Level Leaders: have direct reports 5+ yrs experience leading projects.
• Leading supervisors and leading managers
