The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a qualified coaching partner to provide human-centred one on one coaching services for the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Management Team, and Corporate Management Teams. The objective is to strengthen leadership effectiveness, performance, and alignment through evidence-based, inclusive, and transformative coaching approaches.
