Rehab of wastewater laterals by installing CIPP liners inside existing sanitary service pipes using trenchless methods. Additional Requirements: 1. This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category: C7200101 Trenchless Installation, Replacement & Rehabilitation of Watermains, Sanitary Sewers and Storm Sewers. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
