The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking an
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Authorized Distributor
for the Supply and Delivery of Hydro International Brand Equipment and Parts
Additional Requirements:
Registration and Prerequisite Requirements Prior to Bid Submission:
a. Each Respondent must be a registered supplier in the SAP Ariba Business Network portal. To register or log in, Respondents should go to https://service.ariba.com/.
b. Each Respondent is required to complete the Social Procurement Questionnaire within their Vendor Profile prior to bid submission.
c. Bids having not completed the Prerequisite – Social Procurement Questionnaire(SPQ) prior to bid closing date and time will receive a score of Zero evaluation section. The Social Procurement Questionnaire is not rectifiable after bid submission.
d. Respondents requiring assistance with SAP Ariba vendor profiles or the SPQ questionnaire should contact The City of Calgary’s SAP Ariba Support Team directly at email: Supplier.ariba@calgary.ca.
