This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Medicine Hat (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for UDS Substation Modernization - Supply of Medium Voltage 15 kV Switchgear and Circuit Breakers Additional Requirements: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ARE REQUIRED Bids must be received through the City of Medicine Hat electronic bidding system. Hard copy submissions will not be permitted. All bidders must register as a plan taker to be able to download the bid opportunity documents.
