Description

The equipment package shall be provided by a single experienced Supplier and shall include, but not be limited to, the following major components: 1. Fine Screening System - Two (2) in-channel fine step screens -Screen frames, guide rails, and debris removal mechanisms - Spray wash systems - Service platforms and lifting provisions - Local control stations and field devices 2. Screening Handling System - Two (2) washer compactors complete with discharge tubes - Two (2) screenings discharge tubes for washer compactors with bypass capability - One (1) Screening Transfer Conveyor including two inlet chutes and one axial discharge chute - One (1) Screening transfer conveyor complete with an inlet chute and three horizontal discharge opening with two pneumatically-actuated slide gates - Motorized isolation valves - Associated level sensors and instrumentation 3. Control System - ACP-100 โ€“ One dedicated PLC control panel for screening and grit removal system - HMI with graphical interface - Ethernet communication hardware - All programming, interlocks, and control logic - Integration provisions for connection to existing plant SCADA 4. Field instrument of screening and grit removal system 5. Starter Panel - MSP-200 โ€“ One dedicated starter panel to house screening and grit removal system motor starters - Local disconnect switches for each motor - Local control stations for each motor and integration with control and starter panels The screening system is intended to remove fine solids from raw influent upstream of the grit removal system and downstream biological processes. Additional Requirements: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ARE REQUIRED Bids must be received through the City of Medicine Hat electronic bidding system. Hard copy submissions will not be permitted.
