Hieronder worden alvast 2 specifieke projecten benoemd: Deelproject 1: het herinrichten van Mariaplein-Hagendoornseweg eo Doel: Het eind 2026 opleveren van het project "Mariaplein-Hagendoornseweg eo" waarin de verkeersveiligheid en de waterafvoer zijn verbeterd en er een aantrekkelijke groene woonomgeving is gecre?erd. Activiteiten: Het opstellen van technische en gedetailleerde tekeningen en bestekken; het verzorgen van de planning m.b.t de fasering van werkzaamheden; het inkopen van materialen welke aansluiten op de eisen van duurzaamheid en verkeersveiligheid. Deelproject 2: het reconstrueren van Sondervick van 50 naar 30km/h Doel: Het eind 2026 opleveren van de reconstructie voor het terugbrengen van de snelheid van 50 naar 30 km/h op de Sondervick, waarin verbeterde verkeersroutes, duurzame oplossingen, vergroening en regenwaterbeheer worden gerealiseerd. Activiteiten: Het gedetailleerd uitwerken van het project waarin een toekomstbestendige woonomgeving kan worden gecre?erd; het uitvoeren van participatietrajecten; het schrijven en uitzetten van aanbestedingen; het verrichte van vooronderzoek, het opstellen van bestekken; het maken van kostenramingen.
