Description

The bidding process is conducted according to the procedures specified in the Procurement Procedures for Projects Financed by CDB (January 2021), as published on CDB’s website and is open to all bidders from eligible countries. Eligible countries are member countries of CDB, and Bidders are advised to review the relevant eligibility criteria detailed in Section 4 and conflict of interest provisions in Section 5 of the Procurement Procedures for Projects Financed by CDB (January 2021), as published on CDB’s website Interested Bidders should pay particular attention to the following sections of the Bidding Documents: Section III – Evaluation and Qualification Criteria ESHS Management Strategies and Implementation Plans (C-ESMP and ESHS-MSIPs) Instructions regarding electronic procurement and submission through the In-Tend portal Qualification requirements, eligibility criteria, technical evaluation methodology and bidding procedures are detailed within the Bidding Documents. Bidding and qualification information shall be submitted in theEnglish languageusing the prescribed forms included within the Bidding Documents. Submissions that do not provide the required information or do not demonstrate the Bidder’s ability to perform satisfactorily may be rejected as non-responsive. Bidding Documents may be obtained, and electronic bids submitted, through the Government of Grenada In-Tend Portal, address (1) and sent simultaneously to address (2) below. Interested eligible Bidders are required to register on the portal and electronic bids must be submitted no later thanNovember 06, 2026, at 12:00 pm ASTin accordance with the procedures set out in the Bidding Documents. Bids will be opened publicly immediately following the submission deadline in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. For assistance with portal registration, contact address 3 below. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration. Late bids will not be accepted. The GOGR, Ministry of Infrastructure, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected prospective bidder(s) or any obligation to inform the affected prospective bidder(s) of the grounds for Ministry of Climate Resilience, The Environment and Renewable energy action. GOGR will not defray any costs incurred by any bidder in the preparation of bids.
