Non-prequalified companies must submit the completed form ''Declaration of Suitability'' as provisional proof of suitability with their offer. If subcontractors are used, the declarations of suitability must also be submitted for them upon separate request. If the subcontractors are prequalified, stating the number under which they are listed in the register of the Verein für die Präqualifikation von Bauunternehmen e.V. (prequalification register) is sufficient.
