(pre-qualification register). If subcontractors are used, it must be proven upon request that they are pre-qualified or meet the requirements for pre-qualification. Non-pre-qualified companies must submit the completed form 'Declaration of Suitability' as provisional proof of suitability with their offer. If subcontractors are used, the declarations of suitability must also be submitted for them upon request. If the subcontractors are pre-qualified, it is sufficient to provide the number under which they are listed in the register of the Association for the Qualification of Construction Companies e.V. (pre-qualification register). If the offer is shortlisted, the declarations of suitability (including those of subcontractors) must be confirmed upon request by submitting the certificates from the responsible authorities mentioned in the 'Declaration of Suitability'.
