Procurement for Clarion void units split across the north and south regions. Services have been divided into 4 Lots.
Lot 1 is for the North Void Inspection, Maintenance and Management of Defects
Lot 2 is for the South Void Inspection, Maintenance and Management of Defects
Lot 3 is for the North Void and Marketing Suite Sparkle Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning and outer building cleaning.
Lot 4 is for the South Void and Marketing Suite Sparkle Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning and outer building cleaning.

Undertake regular maintenance, inspections and adhoc defect repairs to Clarion Void units across the north.

Undertake regular maintenance, inspections and adhoc defect repairs to Clarion Void units across the South.

Undertake Sparkle Cleaning services across the north region for Clarion void units, showhomes and marketing suites.

Undertake Sparkle Cleaning services across the South region for Clarion void units, showhomes and marketing suites.
