Description

This RFSA NRCan-5000075549/B supersedes previous RFSA NRCan-5000075549 and is post on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) to allow new Suppliers to become qualified. Pre-qualified suppliers, to whom a supply arrangement has been issued under RFSA NRCan-5000075549, will not be required to submit a new arrangement. The scope of this request for supply arrangement (RFSA) is to qualify companies to deliver Client Facilitation Services to help NRCan assist client organizations plan, develop, and implement major energy efficiency and GHG initiatives through the use of energy management, measurement and verification (M&V), renewables, and energy performance contracts to help meet the FSDS targets. Solicitation of Supply Arrangement (SA) Submission Eligibility: -Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, as defined below, are eligible for this solicitation of SA. Pursuant to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement, eligibility to individual bid solicitations against the Supply Arrangement may be limited to Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner. Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner will be determined at the individual requirement stage. Individual bid solicitations will indicate which suppliers are eligible to compete.
