Description

Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die Lieferung, Installation und die damit verbundenen Bauarbeiten für Kunden- und Großwasserzähler in bestehenden Versorgungsnetzen, die von den beteiligten regionalen Wasserversorgungsunternehmen (Regional Water Companies) betrieben werden. Die Arbeiten umfassen unter anderem: Großwassermengenmessung (Produktion/Verteilung): Installation von zwei elektromagnetischen Durchflussmessern an Hauptverteilungsleitungen in Ferizaj (RWC Bifurkacioni). Kundenwassermessung: Verlegung und Austausch von Kundenwasserzählern in vorgefertigten Schächten in den öffentlichen Raum für alle 479 Hausanschlüsse im Dorf Pasjan, Gemeinde Gjilan (RWC Hidromorava). Intelligente Kunden- und Zonenmessung (Smart Metering): Digitalisierung und intelligentes Monitoring einer DMA ( District Metered Area ) im Quartier Dardania in Prizren (RWC Hidroregjioni Jugor) durch den Austausch von rund 550 bestehenden mechanischen Kundenzählern gegen Smart Meter, die Installation von drei Ultraschall-Durchflussmessern für die DMA Dardania sowie von fünf Drucksensoren, Kommunikationsgeräten und einer Softwareplattform für Echtzeit-Überwachung und -Analyse. Zu Finanzierungszwecken sind die Investitionen unterteilt in: Komponente A (Finanzierung durch die Regierung des Kosovo / das Wirtschaftsministerium): Großwassermengenmessung – RWC Bifurkacioni Kundenwassermessung – RWC Hidromorava Komponente B (Finanzierung durch das SECO): Smart Metering und DMA-Monitoring – RWC Hidroregjioni Jugor Dieser Vertrag umfasst die Planung, Lieferung, Transport, Installation, Prüfung, Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe aller erforderlichen Bauarbeiten und Dienstleistungen für die Installation und digitale Integration der Wasserzähler, Drucksensoren, Telemetriegeräte und zugehörigen Überwachungssysteme.
