• TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS:

ITEM QUANTITY PRODUCT PRESENTATION

1. FOLDERS 380 DIPLOMA FOLDERS SIZE 13" LONG X 11" WIDE, FULL COLOR BOTH SIDES WITH PROVIDED DESIGN, MADE OF CARDBOARD MATERIAL, VARNISHED, WITH SLOTS FOR DIPLOMA

• INSTRUCTIONS:

a. The offer submitted must contain the following information: Exact address, RTN, telephone, contact person's name, delivery time, brands and product warranty, duly signed and sealed; likewise, you must only consider the specifications and quantities described herein, indicating the unit and total price for each item, and where applicable, sales tax. Otherwise, your offer will be disqualified.

b. The Ministry of Security will execute the purchase and contracting based on the available budget and, where applicable, will make the necessary adjustments, in order not to commit resources that it does not have.

c. The financing of the purchase requires credit authorization in favor of the Institution, with a maximum validity of 45 calendar days, counted from the presentation of the complete documents for payment processing (Invoice, updated Tax Solvency Certificate from the SAR, Acceptance Certificates).

• SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS:

Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at the premises of the Procurement Management Unit, located at the Ministry of Security, Materials Management Sub-Directorate building, El Ocotal village, road to Mateo, 100 meters before Campo de Parada Marte, Comayagüela, Francisco Morazán.

• PREPARATION OF QUOTATIONS:

a. The supplier must take into account the quantities, measurements, and presentation of the requested product and/or services, otherwise, their offer will be disqualified.

b. The supplier must indicate in the quotation the delivery time. Failure to meet delivery deadlines will result in a penalty of 0.36% for each day of delay, without prior notification; the foregoing, in accordance with Article 84 of the General Provisions of the 2023 Budget.

c. The quotation must be valid for at least 30 calendar days.

d. Quotations must be presented considering only two (2) decimal places.

e. Attach Tax Solvency Certificate issued by the SAR; In case the supplier to whom the purchase is awarded does not present it, they will have 3 business days to submit it, otherwise the process will be awarded to the supplier with the second most advantageous offer, in accordance with Article 32 of the general budget provisions.

f. Attach SIAFI BENEFICIARY certificate to the documentation to be submitted, as this will be the ONLY means by which the corresponding payment will be made, otherwise your offer will be disqualified.

a) Place of delivery of Products: ITP facilities, San Miguel Comayagua neighborhood, Comayagua.

b) The quotation must include a detailed description of the goods and services to be supplied (brands, scope, etc.); in case of pharmaceutical products, the expiration date must be greater than or equal to two years.

c) Delivery method: Single Lot (one delivery) MAXIMUM 03 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PURCHASE ORDER. OTHERWISE, YOUR OFFER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND AWARDED TO THE SECOND MOST ADVANTAGEOUS OFFER. IF IT IS FOR THE DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES.
