Description
The establishment of a single party framework for the Supply, Delivery, Installation/Assembly and Commissioning of Equipment required for schools and centres under the auspices of Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board. The requirements will be subject to funding availability. The initial contract will be for Monaghan Institute, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan. The requirement will also be subject to funding availability. Tenderers should note that it is anticipated that other Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board schools or centres will secure funding and will require the equipment subject to this tender. The Contracting Authority may place additional orders with the successful tenderer for items of sections of School Equipment Supplies or full lots, following the results of this competition. It is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee to purchase a specific quantity of supplies or services from a particular economic operator.
