Ingeschreven ZZP-ers (ook met tussenkomst van een bureau) worden niet meegenomen tijdens de beoordeling van de offertes.Het coachen en trainen van medewerkers (2 of 3) Publiekszaken specifiek de Burgerlijke stand, het ondersteunen bij complexe vraagstukken BRP en Naturalisatie en ondersteunen zelfevaluatie. Advisering en ondersteuning teammanager i.r.t. het opleidingsplan en teamontwikkeling. Naast het coachen van de medewerkers Burgerlijke Stand draag je ook bij in het werkproces om de werkvoorraad te verwerken. Denk hierbij aan: Zorg registers Burgerlijke Stand; Opmaken akten Burgerlijke Stand; Verwerken latere vermeldingen aan de akten; Verwerken beschikkingen van de Rechtbank; Beoordelen brondocumenten huwelijksbevoegdheid verzoeken. Je controleert brondocumenten op echtheid en toepasselijkheid; Je voert complexe mutaties uit in de BRP; Je voert werkzaamheden uit aan de BRP-balie; Je controleert het berichtenverkeer; Je controleert uitgevoerde mutaties in de BRP; Je neemt verzoeken voor verkrijging en verlies van Nederlanderschap in behandeling. Ook worden de bestaande werkprocessen ge?nventariseerd en geanalyseerd en op basis daarvan kijken we naar mogelijkheden m.b.t. veranderingen en of verbeteringen.
