Gemeente Oldambt is op zoek naar een tijdelijke collega voor ongeveer 4 uur per week die gespecialiseerd is in naturalisatie- en optieverzoeken. Hij/zij zal onze collega?s begeleiden in deze dossiers en optreden als een vraagbaak, coach en sparringspartner. Hou je van de uitdagingen die het Nationaliteitsrecht biedt en ben je inhoudelijk goed op de hoogte van het werkveld van de Burgerlijke Stand? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! In deze functie draag je daarnaast bij in de verdere teamontwikkeling van deze vakgroep en adviseer je de teammanager van Toegang KCC. Jouw werkplekWe zoeken een ervaren kandidaat die het leuk vindt om kennis over te dragen en collega?s wegwijs te maken in het Nationaliteitsrecht. Daarnaast coach je de collega?s op het gebied van de Burgerlijke Stand in de volle breedte en neem je de ruimte om verbetervoorstellen te doen ten aanzien van processen, werkwijzen en/of beleid. Een dag per twee weken zit je dan ook met de collega?s om tafel om ze te coachen en te voorzien van advies qua aanpak of inhoud.
