Le présent marché concernent la mise à disposition de contenants, la collecte, le transport jusqu'au centre de transit, le reconditionnement et le transport jusqu'à l'exutoire final de traitement des Déchets Diffus Spécifiques (DDS), non pris en charge par Eco-DDS, issus de la collecte des encombrants au niveau de la plateforme de tri des Encombrants (ISDND - St Jean de Libron à Béziers) ainsi que des déchetteries communautaires de Béziers (CAPISCOL et MERCORENT), de Villeneuve-les-Béziers et de Sauvian/Vendres. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 2 ans à compter du 01/01/2027. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 2.
