Collectieve Zorgverzekering Wereld Opdrachtgever: Ministerie van Defensie De opdracht betreft het inrichten en uitvoeren van een collectief verzekeringsarrangement aanbieden een collectieve zorgverzekering “wereld’ (CZW) voor een specifieke doelgroep, te weten zij die vallen onder artikel 25a van het Voorzieningenstelsel Buitenland Defensiepersoneel (VBD). Dit betreft: a. Meeverhuisde gezinsleden van een door de Opdrachtgever in het buitenland, niet zijnde een van de Verordeningslanden, geplaatste en aldaar metterwoon verblijvende defensieambtenaar; b. Meeverhuisde gezinsleden van een door de Opdrachtgever op een diplomatieke post geplaatste en aldaar metterwoon verblijvende defensieambtenaar; c. Een door de Opdrachtgever in het buitenland geplaatste en aldaar metterwoon verblijvende burgerlijke ambtenaar Defensie; d. De onder a. en b. genoemde gezinsleden tot drie (3) maanden na het overlijden van de defensieambtenaar. Hierbij is een inkomensgrens van toepassing: het met toestemming van de minister meeverhuisde gezinslid van in het buitenland (niet zijnde Verordeningslanden) geplaatste defensieambtenaar mag zich aansluiten bij de CZW, tenzij het gezinslid: a. buiten Nederland arbeid verricht en de inkomsten uit deze arbeid meer bedragen dan het bedrag, genoemd in artikel 8.14a, eerste lid, onderdeel a, van de Wet inkomstenbelasting 2001; of b. een uitkering ontvangt op grond van een buitenlandse wettelijke regeling inzake sociale zekerheid.
