Elle devra pouvoir notamment être utilisée pour les interventions diagnostiques ou thérapeutiques suivantes : Gynécologie - Laparoscopies : o Hystérectomie o Geste au niveau des annexes (annexectomie, kystectomie, salpingectomie) o Chirurgie oncologique avec repérage ganglion sentinelle o Statique pelvienne (promontofixation, …) - Hystérectopie : o résection endométriale ORL - Chirurgie fonctionnelle endoscopique des sinus : méatotomie, ethmoidectomie, frontotomie, sphénoidotomie - Résection de tumeurs de l’hypophyse par voie transsphénoïdale - Chirurgie endoscopique des tumeurs de la base de crâne - Dacryocystorhinostomie (DCR) par voie endoscopique - Exploration endoscopique rigide des aérodigestives supérieures : nasopharynx, larynx, pharynx, trachée et oesophage - Microchirurgie laryngée, cordectomies endoscopiques - Traitement des sténoses laryngo-trachéales et oesophagiennes - Otoscopie, tympanoplastie Urologie - Endoscopie : o Vasectomie o Urétéroscopie o Résection de prostate, adenomectomie laser o Résection de vessie - Coelioscopie : o Prostactectomie o Néphrectomie o Promontofixations - Urgences urologiques (ex. : perforation de la vessie)
