Communicatie Adviseur/Projectmanager Klantcontactstrategie

Opdrachtgever: Kamer van Koophandel

Met het implementeren en doorontwikkelen van haar klantcontactstrategie werkt KVK aan het verder professionaliseren van klantcontact richting 2,4 miljoen ondernemers, verenigingen en stichtingen. Een belangrijk onderdeel hierbinnen is uniformiteit: het realiseren van een eenduidige en herkenbare klantbeleving over alle kanalen. Eraan werken om dit te realiseren is projectmatig ingericht en verbindt de ervaringsprincipes van het KVK DNA met kanaalcommunicatie. Dit met focus op correspondentie (brieven, formulieren, nieuwsbrieven, CX-teksten). Hiermee wordt de klanttevredenheid vergroot, de merkbeleving versterkt en interne processen effici?nter ingericht. De communicatie adviseur/projectmanager voert regie op dit traject om tot meer uniforme klantbediening te komen. In deze rol is het belangrijk om kennis te hebben van bedieningsconcepten alsmede een stevige marketing- en communicatie-achtergrond op het gebied van merkpositionering en het uitdragen van merk- en servicebeloften in (klant)communicatie. Hierbij worden de volgende activiteiten uitgevoerd:- Zelfstandig uitvoeren van de opdracht in afstemming met opdrachtgevers (manager Marketing en programmamanager klantcontactstrategie);- Regelmatig rapporteren over voortgang;- Bewaken van planning en kwaliteit van de opgeleverde communicatiemiddelen;waarbij de volgende resultaten opgeleverd worden:- Levert een analyse van de huidige communicatiemiddelen en levert, in overleg met Klantreisexperts en Medewerkers Waardevol Klantcontact/Bedieningsconcepten een communicatiestrategie voor correspondentie passend bij de merkidentiteit en doelgroepen;- Levert een tone of voice document op en zorgt voor een opleidingstraject voor KVK medewerkers zodat zij zelf de Tone of Voice kunnen implementeren;- Zorgt voor doorvertaling van uniformiteit naar templates en formats;- Zorgt voor een oplevering van een CMS oplossing voor correspondentie;- Levert een inhoudelijke bijdrage vanuit Marketing (communicatie) aan het verbeteren van bedieningsconcepten door aanbevelingen te doen over communicatie-oplossingen. De opdracht eindigt wanneer de gevraagde resultaten opgeleverd zijn, waarbij geldt dat uitloop mogelijk is afhankelijk van de voortgang van de beschikbaarheid.
