Description

Community Enterprise Queensland (CEQ) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a comprehensive Automated Teller Machine (ATM) fleet service across CEQ's network of retail locations. CEQ operates across geographically dispersed and remote communities, including locations where access to alternative banking and cash withdrawal facilities may be limited. The availability and reliability of ATMs at CEQ locations is therefore an important service for CEQ's customers and the communities it serves. The objective of this procurement is to establish a single contractual arrangement for the provision, installation, operation, monitoring, support, maintenance, replacement and ongoing management of CEQ's ATM fleet.
