Description

At the same time, as long as there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers within a given sub-contract that are submitted suitable tenders, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to enter into regional parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers for a given sub-contract. The tender has nine sub-contracts. Tenders can be submitted for one, several or all sub-contracts. If a tenderer reaches competition in several sub-contracts, the Contracting Authority will enter into a framework agreement that will include these sub-contracts. The targets will not be answered but can be submitted in week 40, the goals of wacky will only be answered in weeks 39, 41, 42 and 43.
