En caso de empate de dos o más ofertas en el resultado de la evaluación final, éste se dirimirá a favor de la oferta que presente la mejor opción según el siguiente criterio de desempate, en el estricto orden que a continuación se indica:
1º Criterio de desempate: Oferta que presente mayor puntaje en factor precio.
2º Criterio de desempate:Oferta que presente mayor puntajeen remuneración del personal.
3º Criterio de desempate: Oferta que presente mayor puntajeen experiencia de la Empresa.
Si la situación de empate persiste, se seguirá el orden de ponderación de los criterios de evaluación, todos incluidos.
Finalmente, si aún persiste el empate, se seleccionará a la propuesta que ingresó primero enwww.mercadopublico.cl
